7 Dimension Wellness

This is my firm belief.
I am allopathic doctor but still I have to take care of my health otherwise I can also become diseased.
Disease doesn't give any concession to a doctor. My health is my responsibility not of doctor, hospitals and government doctor| hospital where as government will only take care of your disease not health. Whenever you’ll become disease that is you fall to - 5 level. After which they will take care of your disease and will bring back you to 0 level but to go above zero level that is positive health +5 is your own responsibility.

Generally we understand importance of health whenever we got diseased with any serious incurable disease but that is too late as disease reversal is a long process. So,When we take charge of our own health and Wellness, our attitude and habits changes automatically. Secondly our focus changes from disease to health.

According to Law of Attraction whatever we focus consistently on something that we want, we get that things in our life. If we have constant fear of disease then it means we are attracting disease in our life.

Now second part is we have to understand what is health?

According to WHO health is a state of complete physical,  mental, social spiritual, well-being not merely and  absence of disease or infirmity.
Health in modern world it just limited to fitness of the body or absence of disease but there are seven dimension of Wellness physical intellectual emotional social spiritual environmental and occupational let's understand each dimensions briefly so in short to enjoy life fully we have to balance all the seven dimensions of Wellness.

Congruence In-congruence

Working to bring change to ourselves can be easy when we are congruent, that is we are in harmony with ourselves and fully dedicated to the change. We are incongruent when we experience internal conflict which does not facilitate the process of change. Internal conflict arises when we are split between wanting to do two things at the same time but we can’t do them simultaneously. One example is when someone asks us a favour. We are internally torn between wanting to do them the favour and to continue doing what we are doing. Here, our body language and voice tone differ. We may tell them ‘yes’ but our body sign lacks the enthusiasm. The other example is when we are in a state of uncertainty between two conflicting options. One part of us wants to do something while the other has another idea to, say, have a drink at the local pub. We want to do both at the present moment. There are times when we find ourselves associated with incongruent people who make us feel unsure of ourselves as
